What We Do
Older Adult Support & Aging in place
Supporting older adults with resources and services that promote safety, independence, and the ability to remain in their homes and communities.
Housing Stability & Homelessness
Connecting individuals and families with resources and supportive services designed to promote housing stability and help address housing-related hardships.
Home Safety & Accessibility
Supporting efforts that improve home safety, accessibility, and quality of life, particularly for older adults and individuals with mobility or accessibility needs.
Community Resource Coordination
Connecting individuals and families with community organizations, public agencies, healthcare resources, and other appropriate supportive services.

Aging in Place Support
Dominion Safe Homes™ is a developing aging-in-place and home-safety initiative of Dominion & Power Faith Ministries, Inc. designed to help strengthen the ability of older adults to remain safely and independently in their homes and communities.

Home & Safety Accessibility
Through home-safety and accessibility initiatives, supportive-service referrals, community partnerships, and resource coordination, Dominion seeks to address conditions that may affect an older adult's safety, mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Dominion Safe Homes™ seeks to help older adults maintain independence by connecting them with home-safety resources, supportive services, and community-based solutions that promote greater stability, confidence, and well-being at home.

Our community-focused efforts give particular attention to older adults seeking to maintain safety and independence, individuals and families experiencing economic hardship or housing instability, and underserved populations who may benefit from connections to supportive resources and community-based services.

Working Together to Strengthen Communities
Dominion & Power Faith Ministries, Inc. recognizes that strong communities are built through collaboration. We seek to work alongside local governments, aging-service organizations, healthcare providers, community action agencies, faith and community organizations, housing and supportive-service providers, and qualified service professionals to help connect individuals and families with appropriate resources.
Through collaborative relationships, referrals, outreach, and resource coordination, Dominion works to strengthen the network of services available to older adults, families, and underserved communities throughout Southeast Georgia.
